I. Introduction:

For security purposes, customers need to register the telephone numbers to receive SMS messages from VCBS via 2 methods:

Register directly at VCBS’ counters, hoặc

Register via the Internet account at the website https://trading.vcbs.com.vn.

II. Rules of VCBS-SMS:

Switchboard number is 997

The first key word of all the messages to VCBS-SMS is VCBS 

The reply message will consist of the data at the latest time

The account number is typed with the last 6 numbers of customer’s trading account at VCBS

Both capital letters and lower-case letters are accepted

Price unit is 1,000 VNĐ

Security unit is 01

III. SMS Services:

1. Check the information in the trading account of customers:

a. Check the account balance: Check the amount of money and securities available in the trading account.
Format: VCBS balance and send to 997
Ex: VCBS balance
Received Message: Acc 123456 - Balance - Cash: 1,000,000,000 AGF: 1,500 REE: 600 SJS: 3,000 - Collaterals - Cash: 250,000 VNM: 1,500

b. Check the order-matching information: Check the order-matching information of customer.
Format: VCBS matched/Result and send to 997

2. Check the information on Vietnamese securities market:
Provide VCBS customers with the trading information of Vietnamese securities market, especially the information will be continuously updated during the trading time.

a. Basic Information: Check the fundamental information of both HOSE and HASTC
