1. VCBS® INTRODUCES A GATEWAY TO THE VIETNAMESE FINANCIAL MARKET
Having been continuously upgrading our technologies and supplementing value added services to all of our valuable customers, from the 2nd of September, VCBS® has officially launched the new version of our website, integrating financial and securities information. Currently, VCBS® has three websites as follows:
 www.vcbs.com.vn introducing VCBS® business fields and performance: activity news and announcements, financial reports, recruitment, etc.
info.vcbs.com.vn providing financial and securities information.
trading.vcbs.com.vn providing an online trading system, known as VCBS® Cyber Investor™.
Based on ASP.NET 2.0 technology and SQL SERVER 2005, VCBS® has developed a standardized database system, professionally providing information on all aspects of the Vietnamese capital market.
Being a good package of user-friendly interface, in-depth information, online graphs and various types of reports, the website will act as a “bridge” between the Vietnamese securities market and investors locally and abroad. With all the facilities brought by the website, investors will be more informed so as to make wiser investment decisions.
2. INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE INFO.VCBS.COM.VN
VCBS® provides each client who has opened a trading account and registered to use online trading service at VCBS® with a user name and password to log into the info.vcbs.com.vn:
- User name: last 6 digits of your account (e.g. 009F505010 -> user name: 505010)
- Password: your passport or identity card number (which you used when opening your trading account)
Clients are strongly advised to change the temporary password after successfully logging into info.vcbs.com.vn. Furthermore, clients can update their personal information such as postal address, telephone numbers and email address, which will be used as contact channels between VCBS® and clients in times of rights exercise, information exchange, etc.
Institutional clients who have previously registered to access the Bond section on www.vcbs.com.vn can still log into info.vcbs.com.vn to exploit bond information.
